Valerie and her boyfriend Nick created the Hate List together, a list of all the people and things they hated. For Valerie, it was a way to let off steam, but for Nick it was a plan for revenge. The Hate List becomes the “roll call of death” when one day Nick brings a gun to school, leaving several dead and many wounded. With Nick also dead, Val is left to face the aftermath of the hate list, while still dealing with her lingering feelings for him.

The hate list is about a girl named Valerie, Val for short, who’s is trying to coup with the fact that her boyfriend is dead, and has killed others. She came up with the idea of making a “Hate List” hints the name. The Hate List mainly consist of people, commercials, books, or anything that they dont like.
One day a rival of Val’s brakes her MP3 player. She tells her boyfriend, Nick, to teach her a lesson. But he takes it the wrong way. As they going to confront her Nick pulls out a gun, and open fire on her and several others.
