Faubourg Quartet Concert featuring members of NOCCA’s Classical Instrumental Department Dr. Jee Ko, Joe Meyer, Zorica Dimova, September 22, 2010 at 6:30 at the New Orleans Museum of Art.

This concert is titled “Made in America” and will present Stephen Dankner’s Eighth String Quartet, “Circles” by Jay Weigel, and Barber’s famous String Quartet “Adagio”. Jay Weigel will be giving a short explanation of his piece, as well as answering any questions the audience may have. Also, students from NOCCA will be playing in the atrium of the museum prior to the concert.

($10 general admission, $5 students/seniors. Free to NOMA members and NOCCA students and staff)
