Happy 200th Birthday, Schumann!

The Faubourg Quartet invites you to come celebrate Schummann’s 200th Birthday as NOCCA Classical Instrumental Pianist Dr. Ji Sook Park presents his Piano Trio Op. 63 and Piano Quartet Op. 47 on October 14, 7:30 PM at Tulane Rogers Chapel (on Tulane’s University’s campus/access from Broadway). Suggested donation, $15.00.
The Faubourg Quartet is comprised of four string players connected to the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra (LPO), and the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA). Joseph Meyer (concertmaster of LPO), Zorica Dimova (LPO violinst), Ila Rondeau (LPO violist), and Dr. Jee Yeoun Ko (Chair of Classical Instrumental at NOCCA) formed this quartet to help support the growth of chamber music in New Orleans by mixing traditional classical works along with music showing New Orleans flare.
