Talented New Orleans artists submitted inspiring concepts. Judges and the public cast their votes and the winner of our public art contest was determined. With 47% of the online votes, NOCCA Visual Arts faculty member Marcus Brown’s A New Leaf was the winning sculpture concept that will be installed along St. Bernard Avenue in our Bayou District neighborhood.
