NOCCA Media Arts Student Film Official Selection in Austin Revolution Film Festival
NOCCA Media Arts and Full-Day Academic Studio Student, Trad Willmann, along with the help of classmate Richard White and Drama student Jasper Herrington recently learned their film The Secret To Living is one of 9 official selections in the country accepted in the student film category of the Austin Revolution Film Festival.
About the Film
Addressing the theme of “the impact of giving back,” the film The Secret To Living tells the story of a girl who represents giving back through reforestation and a writer who represents giving back to humanity through his novels. Trad took them the helm as director and writer, Richard was the director of photography and Jasper composed an original score for the film. The film also showcases NOCCA Musical Theatre student Lili McCormack (voice-over) and Drama student Sienna Liriano (lead female actor).
The film has been selected and recognized by the Austin Film Festival, the All American High School Film Festival, The White House Student Film Festival, Satellite Center Video & Animation Film Festival and the Brighton Youth Film Festival
