Ms. Winn was a drama/communications major at the University of New Orleans where she received her formal training in theatre focusing on costume design.  She was a costume shop intern at The Juilliard School.  Julie has designed costumes for most of the theatres in the New Orleans area.  Her film credits include feature films, television movies, music videos and local and national commercials.  As a wardrobe supervisor she has toured with national and international companies of “The Nutcracker on Ice,” “Ice Capades,” and many other skating shows.
