New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) invites the public to enjoy the student production of the exotic tale Arabian Nights, at NOCCA’s Nims Black Box Theatre, (2800 Chartres Street, New Orleans-70117). Performances run January 24-26 at 7 PM, with a 2 PM matinee on January 26.

The cliffhanger of love, comedy and dreams is a magic carpet ride of wonder. Scheherazade, who cunningly evades death by relating a thousand and one mesmerizing tales; each tale stops before its enticing conclusion just before dawn.
