NOCCA’s Culinary Arts students are baking fantastic pies all year long! This month, they’re venturing deep into the traditional Southern canon to create an unforgettable vinegar raisin pie, based on a beloved family recipe from our own Chef Dana D’Anzi Tuohy. This pie’s heavenly, aromatic blend of vanilla, spices, vinegar, and raisins results in a delectable dessert that’s unlike any other you’ve ever had.
The deadline for placing your order is Sunday, October 20. Pies can be picked up between 9:00am and 6:30pm on Thursday and Friday, October 24 and 25. Please note that at this time, we cannot accommodate deliveries or shipping. Thanks!
