THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK for school groups
NOCCA Stage Company, the summer repertory theatre company of New Orleans Center for Creative Arts Theatre Arts Department, invites school groups to its upcoming production of the acclaimed drama The Diary of Anne Frank, Thursday, October 11, at 9:30 AM in Freda Lupin Memorial Hall on the NOCCA campus, 2800 Chartres Street, New Orleans.
Directed by NOCCA faculty member and award-winning actress and director Janet Shea, The Diary of Anne Frank is an impassioned drama about the lives of eight people hiding from the Nazis in a concealed storage attic. NOCCA’s production captures the claustrophobic realities of their daily existence—their fear, their hope, their laughter, their grief.
NOCCA Stage Company’s production of The Diary of Anne Frank is supported by cast and crew members made up of NOCCA Theatre Arts Faculty, current NOCCA Drama students and local community actors. This production is presented through an agreement with Dramatists Play Service, Inc.
