Dynamic community leader and educator Dr. Andre Perry is providing his unique insight and direction to NOCCA for the spring 2016 semester. His classroom teaching and management experience will serve as a resource for administration and faculty.

“Dr. Perry is a national level thinker who is a gift and an asset for the NOCCA Community for as long as we can have him,” stated NOCCA President | CEO Kyle Wedberg. “It is a joy to have him on campus.”
