Community Outreach
The New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) is committed to supporting ALL student artists and arts educators in Louisiana. All of our current and upcoming initiatives can be found below, and you can reach our Director of Community Engagement with questions at any time: outreach@nocca.com
Bring NOCCA to Your Classroom!
At NOCCA, we're eager to partner with any school or organization supporting arts education in the state of Louisiana. We're open to a wide variety of partnerships, tailored to the specific needs and desires of the community we're working with. Take a look at the list below as a starter, but don't worry- if you don't see the type of partnership you have in mind, just reach out, and we can talk about possibilities!
Summer Outreach
NOCCA works with arts organizations throughout Louisiana to support their summer programs. This year, NOCCA is partnering with 12 organizations to provide excellent arts opportunities for students throughout the state. Check out the programs below, and reach out to them directly or outreach@nocca.com for more information.
Professional Development
At NOCCA, we don't just support student artists throughout the state of Louisiana- we support teachers, too. Professional Development sessions are a great way for your faculty and NOCCA faculty to share ideas, best practices, and network with one another. Our faculty are prepared to offer Professional Development sessions in all of our 11 arts disciplines.
