Zoe C. Zollinger is a life long resident of New Orleans and an avid supporter of of the arts. She graduated from Mandeville High School and NOCCA in 2015 in the Media Arts discipline on her way to a Bachelor of Art in Animation from Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) in 2019.

Zoe worked for James Samaritan, a non-profit headquartered in Covington LA, right out of college and assisted them with marketing and promotion of their mission to support Foster Youth. She subsequently worked for Stoa Group as a media specialist directing, producing, filming, editing,  and post-production of their social media posts and construction updates as well as provided support in photography and graphic design. Stoa Group is a multi-family developer and management company headquartered in Hammond LA.

She always thought of herself as a teacher and is excited to be a part of the Media Arts staff at her alma mater, NOCCA. Her goal is one day to be as good as her mentors, Mr. Paul Werner and Mrs. Courtney Egan.

Zoe loves mythology, animation, and all forms of media.
