Kaycee Filson (She/They) has been working with young people in both college access and arts education for 15 years. They served as a college counselor at several local high schools in New Orleans before becoming the Education & Public Programs Manager at the Contemporary Arts Center, leading all K-12 programming. After moving to Chicago, Kaycee taught playwriting to 6th - 12th grade students before becoming the Assistant Director of Admissions at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC). After moving back to New Orleans, Kaycee worked as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Tulane University, specifically coordinating initiatives related to the arts and increasing diversity on campus.
